Rice Bhakri

Rice Bhakri (तांदळाची भाकरी) is a beloved flatbread from the Konkan, Malvan, and Goan regions of Maharashtra. It’s simple, gluten-free, soft, and usually paired with fish curry, solkadhi, or spicy chutneys. Perfect comfort food along the coast!
Ingredients:
Rice flour
Water
Salt (as per taste)
Steps:
Mixing the Dough:
First, mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl.
Then, gradually add 2 cups of water and continue mixing until the mixture becomes thick.
Cooking the Bhakri:
Heat a dosa pan on high flame.
Pour the prepared mix onto the pan and spread it evenly.
Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes, remove the lid and turn the bhakri to cook for another minute.
Serving:
Once cooked, the Rice Bhakri is ready to be served hot. It can be served with either vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes.
